Welcome to Burger Spot. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, menu, and online food ordering services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of the Burger Spot platform. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Website Usage

To place binding food orders, you must be legally capable of entering into agreements and provide accurate contact and delivery details.

•The website may be used for personal purposes to order food, view branches, and explore offers.

•You must not disrupt the site or attempt unauthorized access to its infrastructure.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Customers may order as guests or sign in seamlessly via Google OAuth powered by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and device access, and accept responsibility for orders submitted under your account.

4. Menu Items & Availability

All burgers are freshly prepared and flame-grilled to order. All menu items, side dishes, and custom add-ons are subject to daily ingredient availability at our branches. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily discontinue items when stock runs out.

5. Prices & Fees

All prices on the platform are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Delivery zone fees and applicable taxes are clearly calculated and displayed before you confirm your order at checkout.

6. Orders & Order Confirmation

Upon submitting an order, a distinct order reference number is generated, and you can track your order progression in real-time through 'My Orders'. An order is officially accepted once verified and sent to the kitchen.

7. Cancellation & Modifications

Because meals are cooked fresh upon order submission:

•You may request cancellation or edits only before the kitchen begins preparation by contacting customer service promptly.

•Orders cannot be cancelled once cooking has begun or once dispatched with the courier.

8. Service Methods

•Delivery: We deliver within defined branch zones. Delivery durations are estimates based on kitchen volume and road traffic.

•Takeaway / Pickup: Order ahead and pick up your hot, fresh meal directly from your selected branch.

•Dine-in: Place your order directly from your table by specifying your table number inside our restaurant.

9. Payment Methods & Verification

•Cash on Delivery / Pickup: Pay in cash to the delivery driver or cashier upon receiving your order.

•InstaPay Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our verified InstaPay address shown at checkout.

•Vodafone Cash: Mobile wallet transfer to our official Vodafone Cash number shown at checkout.

10. Promotions & Offers

All promotions, combo deals, custom bundles ('Build Your Own'), and coupon codes are subject to specified validity windows and terms. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to misuse the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

•Submitting fraudulent or mock orders with false contact or address details.

•Attempting to compromise security, tamper with pricing logic, or bypass restrictions.

•Employing automated bots or data scraping tools without authorization.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, photography, menu descriptions, and graphic assets of Burger Spot are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability & Allergens

We adhere to strict food safety standards. Customers with specific food allergies are requested to declare them in the order notes prior to placing the order. We are not liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather or heavy traffic.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
